Is shipping included in the product cost?

If products are marked “free shipping”, then you do not need to pay for shipping cost. It is free shipping to the whole world.

For products without “free shipping”, Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and fulfillment centers.

From where do you ship?

We have got 4 fulfillment centers which are located in United Kingdom, Europe, United States and China. You will receive your order in any of our fulfillment centers as per your location.

When will I receive my order?

The processing time of an order varies as per your item and location. The processing time take 1 – 3 working days before shipment. The shipment time takes 5 – 25 working days. It depends what you purchase and where you live.

For example, if you order T-shirts, then the fulfillment center is in US which delivers faster and takes 7 – 12 working days to deliver your item, no matter what your location is. For more information, please have a look at Estimated Time of Arrival:

How Can I Track My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our fulfillment center.
Processing: You can check the status in “My Orders” page in your Pike Deals account.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages. If you do not receive any email with tracking information, then it can also be viewed in your Order Details page or you can also send an email to [email protected] for delivery investigation.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. It is the responsibility of the buyer provide a wrong shipping address.

You can send an email to [email protected] immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

My order has not arrived yet?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from our fulfillment centers. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks after ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!

What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country (this rarely happens).

How Do I Cancel An Order?
